Regional Quality Manager
New Zealand based
Kevin has been serving as the Regional Quality Manager in the Asia Pacific region since 2009, while Angela works in Community Rehabilitation as an Occupational Therapist. They have two wonderful sons, Jeremy and Peter, who have returned to New Zealand to study at Canterbury University.
In 1985 Kevin felt a definite call on his life that sometime he would serve God in aviation. After a trip in early 2008 to Cambodia (to visit their sponsored child), and attending a mission's course, this call was again rekindled. It is very clear that God's heart is for mission, and Kevin and Angela both felt challenged to use their skills and experience, to help present (and practically demonstrate) God's good news through MAF.
Kevin commenced serving with MAF in the role of Regional Quality Manager in 2009. His role is to facilitate safe and effective aircraft operation, whilst ministering to those whom MAF serves in isolated communities across the Asia Pacific region.
Angela supports Kevin in this role, whilst also being employed as an Occupational Therapist in Cairns. They are sponsored by their home church, Parklands Baptist Community Church in Christchurch.
As each one has received a special gift, employ it in serving one another as good stewards of the manifold grace of God. 1 Peter 4:10 (NASB)
