From Hamilton New Zealand, Vaughan and Rosemary came to MAF 21 years ago from the technology and business fields. The Woodward’s served with MAF in PNG for five years prior to Vaughan taking a position in MAF’s support office in Cairns, Australia.
Vaughan serves MAF in a variety of administrative and management functions and currently fulfils two roles: Executive Officer and Deputy Director, Global Disaster Response. Rosemary is also involved in MAF where she fills the Travel Desk coordination role on part-time basis.
This family fills a critical role, ensuring that those we serve will receive effective and efficient help.
Vaughan and Rosemary have three children: Chris, Matthew and Ryan.
