WE ARE A REGISTERED CHARITY
Mission Aviation Fellowship is registered with the New Zealand Charities commission as a charitable entity under Mission Aviation Fellowship of NZ Inc (CC no. 36076). The Charities Commission, Komihana Kaupapa Atawhai, is responsible for registering and monitoring charitable organisations in New Zealand, as well as providing support and education to the charitable sector on good governance and management. PAYMENT PROCESSOR
MAF New Zealand online payment platform processes all online transactions via Payment Express secure payment gateway system. We do not retain, hold or store any of your credit card details.
REFUNDS
If for any reason a refund is required from Mission Aviation Fellowship please contact Mission Aviation Fellowship with the details of the amount, date and name which the donation was given under. Any refunds of donations will be given at the discretion of Mission Aviation Fellowship and decided on a case by case basis.
CURRENCY & TRANSACTIONS
Any transactions made through this website will appear as Mission Aviation Fellowship or MAF on your cardholder statements. Mission Aviation Fellowship is a New Zealand based organisations and all transactions processed by them will be in New Zealand Dollars.
DONATION TAX CREDITS
The Inland Revenue Department makes allowances for New Zealand tax residents to claim a portion of donations to recognised charities as a tax credit in their annual tax return. Mission Aviation Fellowship and the Flying For Life Charitable Trust are both recognised charities for these purposes and have local tax donee status. When you give to the Mission Aviation Fellowship or Flying For Life Charitable Trust, you will be issued a receipt which will show the tax credit eligible amount, if any, under current New Zealand legislation.
